Affordable Pet Grooming

Terrible haircut, terrible customer service. They quoted me $80-120 but when it was time to pick him up they said $180!! The reason they gave was “his coat was difficult to groom”. My husband made a post in the Roy Facebook page because our experience was so terrible and to warn others of their poor business practices. They in turn made a post on their Facebook page that was full of lies. When I responded to their post with photos that proved they were liars they blocked my husband and myself and deleted our comments. What’s worse is that there were MANY other customers who had a similar terrible experience with them. Even customers that said they’ve witnessed them rough handling other dogs while grooming them. I have been a long time customer of at least 8 years, if not more.We had called 4 days in advance to reschedule an appointment, an appointment they failed to log in their schedule, so when we didn't show for the original appointment, I received a message saying we would be charged a 25.00 missed appointment fee on our next visit. When my partner called about the situation and to tell them we had rescheduled for the following week, and that we hadn't missed the appointment, he was treated rudely and they basically said that we would still be charged the fee because, they didn't write down the change, I then called telling them that we would not be paying that fee because we had called to reschedule the appointment and that the mistake was on their end, instead of an apology for the mix up

READ THE REVIEWS... It is what it is. Sadly, I have to change my review on this place. I loved this place, despite the negative reviews. I even referred several people to them. But their customer service & the way I was treated today led me to this review to help others avoid similar situations mentioned in reviews. I have a large predominantly outdoor dog. Super cheap and fast!! My dog looks great and I can tell she feels so much better now. They even gave me advice on how to acclimate her to the grooming tools. They got all her stubborn undercoat shedding, and shes softer than shes ever been. GO HERE!!

Absolutely LOVE!!! Kaysha is the the Groomer of all Groomers!! Our boys have never looked so handsome!! She is caring, sweet, and you can feel comfortable and safe leaving your babies in her care! ❤️❤️
