Awesome product and great quality as expected. The cats love their new bowl. The only downside was we had to cut the fabric around the hole to install. Not sure if we just missed where it had been cut. Overall very happy

Great kitty condo. We ordered this particular product as an identical replacement of one we purchased 3 years ago. Our cats were on top of it as we were putting it together. One of our cats will not sharpen his claws anywhere else but this kitty condo (that is why we had to replace it). The other cat is a little bit less consistent in terms of claw sharpening preferences. Both cats love sleeping on the kitty condo.

I really appreciate and LOVE that you sell the replacement hardware, and pieces, for your trees in so many kits and denominations. The buying process was swift and easy and the parts came quickly! I do wish you had more user manuals available, putting it back together blindly was an adventure, but the results were perfect. Thank you!

I love that I can buy replacement legs for my cat tree. The cats favor one or two legs which need to be replaced often. The leg was less expensive then replacing the tree. The shipping was free and the part took 2 days to arrive. It's also nice that they share schematics of the trees so you know exactly what part to order. Great service and and excellent product our tree is 6 years old and in great shape.

Eight years ago I purchased the Cat Daddy approved A6501 unit. It was time for a new one. I contacted the store via Facebook and voicemail. They got back to me quickly and were incredibly resourceful and reliable. These cat trees are top quality craftsmanship. They still had the same model I bought years ago because it is that popular.
