I was "just looking" and learning. Never felt pressured or like I was wasting time. Incredible staff and owner, very patient and willing to share knowledge. I read ALL the internet before hand and visited 5 shops in the valley over a few weeks. 2 of those shops told me to go ask them. 🤣 I bought from them with confidence. Healthy, happy little snake in my home now with a confident Momma owner. 10 out of 10 experience. My go to people forever! Plus! They have a sister shop the Plant Bodega that as a DIYer allowed me to choose a huge selection of plants and between the two shops build my own bio habitat with confidence. AE will build your bioactive for you. I just wanted the experience to make it super pretty. Wish I could post pics, you'd fall in love with my little Cheeto!

This place is great!! Always have healthy feeders and bugs, and it is clear the staff is both knowledgeable and passionate about their reptiles. We’ve purchased 2 snakes from this location and not only were the staff great at preparing us for our new pet, but were able to answer questions even after the purchase. It’s clear the animals here are healthy and well cared for, and have transitioned seamlessly to our home each time. They have a wide selection of terrariums and supplies for a variety of reptiles. Great folks, great animals, and great service!!

Ive gone here a few times. Customer service is usually pretty good. Store is a little small on selection but they also have a good selection. Unfortunately I did ask for a female rat ( my snake wont eat male rats) and I still received a male rat after asking them to double check that it was a female. Mistakes do happen but they dont do refunds . If you have a snake like mine it is best that you go somewhere that can identify male & female rats so youre not out on money and your snake isnt late on a meal. Otherwise they are pretty friendly and its a cute store .

Great little store with a very knowledgeable owner. It's so cool that you can buy a habitat from him with all the stuff in it and thriving already. Absolutely gorgeous terrerium set ups. My husband wants to come back and see about getting one of their $400 tanks because they definitely have the best prices for them. My sister got some worms for her turtles and they survived a 6 hour ride home! I also got the cutest 3D printed shark whale keychain ever. I love it and get compliments all the time. They also sell adorable/funny stickers. Will be stopping by again when we come back

This was our second time visiting this neat exotic pet store and I highly recommend this shop for all your exotic pet needs. We got our milk snake from this location two years ago who is thriving and all of his food is also quired at the store. yesterday we acquired a beautiful black king snake and Derek was extremely patient and informative in helping us understand the snakes needs so that it is a good fit for us. We always enjoy coming here to see their stock of healthy, snakes, lizards, and chameleons and spider. If you are considering an exotic pet purchase, you would not be disappointed by this location. I highly recommend recommended and will be repeated customer.
