A little further from my house than my previous vet, who was great for the last 20 years until they got bought out. It was worth, he drive. I'd give them a 10 if I could. Old school, no nonsense approach was refreshing. Got to spend the entire time with my dog during the appointment. They gave my dog the tests he needed, and didn't try to push loads of extras like some of the newer vets do. I will be most certainly be going back for future care.

Incredibly insensitive with the way they communicate to their clients. About a year ago I was yelled at by an employee because I questioned a treatment plan that wasn’t yielding results. This past week I brought my sick cat in and multiple insensitive comments were made including “we have no idea what this is, which is awesome!”

The kindest staff, who was so accommodating! Huge thank you to Heather and all the others who made our visit a breeze! I have a catahoula leopard dog who is not a fan of shots. He had no idea he had his treatment. Thank you!

Dr. Bernie is one of the most knowledgeable & informative vets I have ever interacted with. As a 10 year vet tech I am probably one of the pickier clients out there & with my dog recently being diagnosed with cancer I wanted to ensure that he has the best support team. I travel an hour to see Dr. Bernie because I know she & my dog is worth it.

My experience with Adorable Pets has been amazing. I transferred my pet's care from Chester Vet to Adorable Pets and they are much happier. On 5/13/25, I had to put my 16-year-old cat to sleep, and Wendy was so caring, walking me through everything that was going to happen at my cat's appointment. Dr. S was great with Buddy and my husband, & Very gentle and understanding on why we had to make this devastating decision. Wendy called me today to check on me to see how I was doing. Overall, great experience. loving, caring team of people. So glad I switched.
