Great experience!!! It was super easy to sign up and schedule and appointment. Addy is so sweet and communication throughout the appointment was great. My Otis loved her! She did a wonderful job on him and even gave me some tips on how to take care of his coat between appointments. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Highly recommend!!!

I took my 7lb jack a poo today for the first time and was not happy at all for a couple of reasons. First, had a hard time finding the location. Second when I picked her up I was charged $35 when I was quoted $25 on the phone because she is small (that’s what the website says as well) Third, when I picked her up she barely looked groomed, her belly was not shaved, she had spotty patches of hair, and a spot of blood on her side! I’m just not happy with the whole experience because now I have to take her elsewhere to have it all fixed. Addy seemed like a very nice girl, don’t get me wrong. But for me, I will not be returning!
