I am so grateful for the guidance and knowledge shared by Audrey when my Golden Retriever Lola was recently spayed. This is my first dog and she is everything to me. The staff knew it and Audrey spent 15+ minutes with me answering all of my questions and more! I could tell she was a pet lover and am so grateful to have a person like her help my beautiful baby girl recover. Thank you to the entire team, your care and love for pets as if they were your own does not go unnoticed! I will always be an Acorn partner as long as Audrey and folks like her are a part of this organization! Thank you again 🙏

Hopefully care is better than pre-visit experience. I was already extremely frustrated because I have seen two different vets who have told me my cat needs an urgent, dental exam and procedures done. However, even though I was able to send them the records from those visits that were only a few weeks ago, they refuse to take the other vet practices at their word and are requiring me to come in (and pay for another appointment) to *confirm* before they will allow me to schedule the dental work I know he needs. Today I was running 10 minutes late for that appointment due to traffic, and they turned me away. Hopefully there won’t be a car accident next time I guess…

My youngest dog had ACL surgery at Acorn and everyone there was amazing from the front staff to the assistants, techs. and surgeons. Eri had complications, through no fault of anyone - he's a very large, hyper 2 year old husky mix - and they were there for us every step of the way, including multiple communications on Thanksgiving when his incision site split open. I'm especially thankful to Becky Wright and Dr. Marci for going above and beyond and getting Eri fixed up. He just had his last x-rays and I believe it was because their outstanding care that he healed beautifully.

Very upset with their emergency appt fee. Customer over 15 years with different pets. Our 9 month old kitty got sick 3 nites in a row. Lethargic, not eating. Call for appt. Told they have a full schedule but if I want to pay an emergency fee, they will get me in. What choice do I have. Concerned for my kitty. Go right over. Waiting room not even that busy. Talk to Dr a few minutes describing symptoms. They do tests, hydrate, give him a shot. Dr comes out to discuss results and treatment. Total bill $700. $160 of that is emergency fee. They even bill me for a couple cans of cat food. Glad to report kitty recovered nicely. Dr was professional and caring. Just don't like a policy that uses a sick animal and concerned owner to grab a few more dollars. Rusty the cat.

I’m not one to complain or write a review but I will never bring any of my future pets to acorn. This is now the second time the same doctor dr. Bullen has misdiagnosed my pets. My cat was seen only a few days ago and was told he was fine just for me to have to put him down today at the er due to a perforated intestine. Doctor at the ER easily palpated masses near his stomach and ur telling me this wasn’t found earlier?? Not to mention dr. Bullen was completely negligent of my concerns or emotions during this, just monotone responses. I will never ever return here simply because of that doctor.
