The staff is friendly and truly care about animals. It was also very convenient to bring all my cats in at the same time. We're actually headed back today for our pups 2nd set of shots!! Tom says, Thank you for excellent care, he didnt feel a thing!!

I called this office about 20 minutes before closing because my dog was actively having a seizure. I was told that unless he had a prior documented history of seizures, they would not medicate him and that Monday at 4pm would be the “earliest” time to get him in. A little over a 2 hours later, my dog had another seizure that lasted more than five minutes and he died. I called the office back to inform them. The only suggestion I was given was to bring him in to the u of I for an autopsy. No compassion. No urgency. No accountability. He was not a science project. He was my dog. My family. He was a patient at thier clinic. In the time between my first call and his passing, I could have had him there. You could have seen the second seizure and possibly helped him. Pet owners deserve u

The staff is always very friendly and responsive. Dr. McClure is very knowledgeable and takes good care of my goats (and kitties!) I can usually get in very quickly when I need to. Care is very reasonably priced and I can almost always get meds cheaper here than Valley Vet for my goats.

This is by far the best veterinary clinic I have ever had the pleasure of going to. They saved my kitten after he ate a piece of foam that got stuck in his intestines, and they’ve been so good with taking care of my dog. Pets are family, and I wouldn’t trust anyone more with my little ones!

Both times I took my cat there they were amazing and caring, really explaining things in a way I understood. I took my cat there today to put him to sleep and the care and patience they had was above any vets I have ever gone too. Will always recommend this vet to anyone who asks. They made sure my maggot was comfortable and thoroughly explained everything that was going to happen before they did it. Can't express enough thanks for the staff who walked me through one of the hardest moments I've had in my life ❤️
