From the moment we arrived with Remy, the front desk staff was prompt, attentive, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. During Remy’s initial exam, the team walked us through their recommendations and provided clear cost estimates, which we really appreciated. Ultimately, Remy needed surgery for a blockage, and the level of care we received was truly exceptional. Dr. Woody deserves special recognition—she was clear on next steps, communicated possible risks and compassionate through an incredibly stressful situation. From the start to the very end I have felt in good hands! They immediately took my dog in when he had pale gums and then performed an emergency surgery the following day, there is no hospital with that kind of turnaround time! Normally we would have to wait for doctors to open up or find an echocardiogram doctor in a far area, but here they had everyone ON-SITE. So so awesome. I will be transferring to Oncology after, and yet again, everything is there that we need. In the last few weeks, they brought a nearly lifeless rescued kitten back from the brink after he almost died from a severe parasite infestation. Thanks to the incredible doctors here, he is now eating, playing, gaining weight, and thriving. Around the same time, our adult cat suffered a severe reaction after accidentally ingesting Bravecto given at another clinic. He became weak, lethargic, and we almost lost him. We rushed him to ACCESS in critical condition, and they treated him with such compassion and professionalism. Within 24 hours he was stabilized, and the next day he came home completely healthy. Every single person — from reception to the medical team — was kind, attentive, and highly skilled.

After spending nearly $7,000 on a bronchoscopy to get targeted answers for my dog's severe respiratory issues, this clinic demonstrated a level of incompetence and negligence that actively put my own health in danger. Here is what you can expect if you trust this clinic with your pet's life: They Don't Seem to Read Medical Records: After the expensive bronchoscopy, the specialist prescribed Doxycycline. My primary vet had already prescribed this exact medication twice with no results. Which seems blatantly obvious the internal medicine specialist ("Dr." Elana Hadar) didn't even bother to review

We are forever grateful to the entire team for the incredible care they gave our dog, Chai, during a very stressful labor. They took the time to thoroughly assess her, identified the issue quickly, and helped ensure she was able to deliver naturally and safely.
