my dog is a handful at the vet but the staff was so nice and gracious and worked together to make sure he was taken care of. i can’t express enough how grateful i am for the staff being so kind and going above and beyond to help my boy. thank you for everything.

Our service fur baby was hit at the park behind this place. Christine who worked there was driving behind the guy who struck our baby QUEENIE she stopped & helped my husband with a ride to this place. Unfortunately QUEENIE didn't make 😪 the staff was VERY comforting & very helpful. My husband & I are extremely grateful for Christine & the staff that have us the comfort. AWESOME 👌 STAFF & VERY VERY connected to fur babies & families

Our 12 year old dog needed some surgery yesterday! The veterinarian did a fabulous job!! Our dog is doing great! Thank you for taking care of her 🙋‍♀️

Be very careful with this place. They quoted me a set price When I made the appointment , 5 days after I made the appointment, I show up there with my dog and they told me the price has gone up LESS than a week after I scheduled the appointment for his shots. AND THEN they told me the booster shot that he’s supposed to get three weeks after his shots was included with the price that went up for his shots now they are charging for his booster shot when it was supposed to be included with the shots he that he previously got and the price went up on that in less than a week! This is ridiculous. This is not how you keep your customers. There’s so many other vets out there for you guys to be pulling this! The staff was extremely nice but changing the prices like that , that fast and often

In your response from my first post I couldn't bring our dog back because the amoxicillin your veterinarian prescribed killed her 4 days after taking it. Ask any other vet except yours and they will tell you our dog should not have been prescribed amoxicillin because it could kill her and it did........ Unfortunately Academy West Animal Hospital misdiagnosed our dog several times over several months. The last medication that gave her had amoxicillin in it. After taking the medication for a couple days she started vomiting and having seizures. After taking her to a different Clinic they did a inexpensive blood work up (compared to what I was paying at Academy) and give me the lab paperwork and explained it to me at the appointment. The amoxicillin put her in renal failure destroying her kid
