I feel lucky to have found such an incredible trainer for my Saint Bernard Martini. She was out of control with guests, I couldn’t walk her in public due to her over powering me when other dogs were around and to top it off she suffered from so much anxiety and disassociation she wouldn’t even make eye contact with me to even try and connect to teach her anything myself. I thought it was a lost cause after trying a puppy kindergarten and a few in home sessions with other trainers. After speaking to Amanda on the phone and sitting down with them in their beautiful property I was easily convinced to dive into a full training regimen and I’m so happy I did. I am so thankful for Sean and Amanda. I brought my working line German Shepherd here for training many years ago after going to many other trainers before and feeling frustrated and lost with what I was learning. Both Sean and Amanda care deeply about setting you up for success with your dog. And unfortunately after we lost our dog this past year, we were able to get a dog through them and they have been there through the whole process of integrating him to our family. Cannot say enough good things about Sean and Amanda at Absolute Canine! They are equipped in every way to take your dog in like their own and give them (and you!) the foundational skills and training needed to have a happy balanced well rounded dog. The on leash and off leash training we did with AC was worth every single penny. Get ready for everyone to comment with envy the dog delivered back to you by Sean and Amanda. I could write a book with how amazing this company is! We brought our 9 week old puppy to start training with Jess. We did the 6 session package to start and she broke down piece by piece exactly how to implement the training so I could do it at home easily. She is supportive, knowledgeable, patient and an AMAZING trainer. After the first six sessions we wanted to do a board and train with them for more specific training and our puppy LOVED it there. The kennel is IMMACULATE, they offer socializing (dog to dog) for it if wanted, they even sent us videos and pictures while he was away and ALWAYS stayed in contact throughout his time there.
