I was having a hard time finding a specific food and shipping details on it. I called the store and spoke with the nicest man. He was so helpful and got me taken care of. The food arrived when needed out of state. Great customer service and very appreciated
The owner raised prices up due to Covid. Did he lower them when the pandemic was over? Of course not. Now he is blaming it on tariffs. Not someone I would want to do business with.
I've been buying my dogs food here for years. They are seniors now and still very healthy and mobile with a great quality of life and I have no doubt it's because of their diet. Rick, the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful.
My puppy got very sick on this product bad batch. He Would not back his product or warn other customers. Was rude and told me to contact distributing company. Luckily my puppy was ok after expensive vet bills and treatment. Do NOT recommend
Great products, always very helpful and friendly.
