Amazing team out here! I came in with a newborn and three large dogs alone and they were so helpful in getting everybody wrangled up. We are moving overseas in a few months And they understand the USDA process so well I feel so comfortable with them answering all my questions!

Traumatized my parrot and put her into (multiple!) potentially fatal situations. Ruined months of socialization and training. I took her for a simple beak/talon trim. -he grabbed her - barehanded (standard procedure is holding with a towel so they don’t become afraid of hands, or having the owner hold them upright with their leg stretched out) - scaring us both. Forced her onto her back (terrifying for birds if they aren’t snuggling with a chosen person) When she screamed and tried to bite out of fear, he completely restrained her - including both sides of her head, so she couldn’t move. -took her without warning to another room - without me or her carrier, through a hallway where cats and dogs could have easily seen and even attacked. -brought her back to me terrified of hands and sha

I love Abilene veterinary clinic. They have been taking care of my dog pepper since I rescued her at 16weeks and she is now 8. He had pound puppy issues and heart worm and Dr Lugo did an amazing job treating her and she has been heartworm free since she was 1. I believe I am heard with any concerns I have such as a new lumps or issues. Pepper gets well taken care of and I am so happy with the service and care I want my pet to get.
