Me and my husband recently lost my beloved dog Chase (Lhasa Apso 16.6 years old) this August, and Abbey Glen Memorial Park with Pets to Remember were a true source of comfort during such a difficult time. Last year they also handled the lost of me and my husbands 1st dog Bruno ( Mixed Lab 16 yrs old) The staff were kind, respectful, and compassionate, treating my pet with the dignity they deserved. The entire process was handled with care, and the peaceful setting gave me and my husband a sense of comfort knowing Chase was handled with respect and care during his memorial and cremation. Thank you, Abbey Glen, for making a painful time a little more bearable.

We recently lost our beloved 15 year old boy Lucky & I can’t thank Danielle of Abbey Glen enough for how amazing she was during our darkest day. She was the calming influence we needed to help us with the process of what needed to be done. She went above & beyond, because she was willing to stay at the crematorium thirty minutes after they closed to be there for us as we said our goodbyes to Lucky. Danielle is extremely thoughtful, caring & a real asset to Abbey Glen. Also, we were in awe of what we received from Abbey Glen to memorialize our boy. The attention to detail in the certificate, ceramic paw print, tricolor hair clippings & absolutely beautiful cedar box with his name & dates is top notch. Thank you for treating Lucky with respect & love. ❤️🐾

There are no words that truly prepare you for the loss of a beloved pet, especially when it happens suddenly. Losing our sweet Tux at 14 years old was devastating, but choosing Abbey Glen Pet Aftercare and Memorial Park for his memorial service and cremation was one of the best decisions we could have made during the most heartbreaking time of our lives. From the very beginning, Crystal, Kathy, and Brian showed us extraordinary compassion, patience, and empathy. Every interaction, from scheduling to the day of the service, was handled with such kindness and genuine care. We never once felt rushed, dismissed, or like “just another appointment.” They treated Tux, and us, with the dignity and respect every family deserves. At such a sad time I am happy with the way Max was returned, the ⚱️ is a lovely blue. I I thought it could be opened, I will check with my vets office. The case with the paw print and hair with a place to insert a photo is very unique and unexpected...

Our cat, Cookie went to Rainbow Bridge last Thursday, October 23rd. Our vet partners with Abbey Glen. I made it clear to the vet’s receptionist that I wanted a clipping of Cookie’s fur. I called Abbey Glen to confirm that I could get a clipping. I was told that it would be an extra charge and that she was in the process of being cremated so it was too late. I find that inexcusable as all the other pet crematoriums that I have taken my pets to automatically provide a shaving complementary. What a shame to do that to a family in the grieving process. Abbey Glen, do better by bereaved pet parents. The box containing her remains is pretty but I will have to hammer it open in order to upgrade her urn.
