I bought my maltipoo in for grooming and they apparently shaved/burned her under her neck which left a huge scab. They didn’t tell me about it either. They just asked if I owned a comb said I needed to comb around her collar more. I comb her often so it was a surprised to hear them say this. I have never had this happen with any of my dogs before with any groomer so I cannot recommend them nor will I return.

My chihuahua is 13yrs old and She was totally comfortable with Anna. Her coat was the softest ever nails trim perfectly. Very Happy and Im picky.

Mrs. Debbie and her team are wonderful! Luna and Scottie just love them. Luna is a Bernedoodle. Everytime she is cut, they do an amazing job!

ZERO STARS!!!!! I have been taking my Lilli, a Malti-Poo, here for about 6 months. I have been trying to give the groomer the benefit of the doubt each time they have cut into the pads of her little paws or they burn and scrape her skin with the clippers but no more! My baby doesn't deserve mediocre care and I am sick to death of seeing her suffer. You, groomer, know what you did when she yelps but you never informed me! Never again!

Staff was friendly and results were wonderful. Our Golden was way past due for grooming and they did a great job getting her looking like new! Already have an appointment for next grooming in 8 weeks to make their job easier next time.
