My dog is not congenial and it's rare that he trusts anyone other than myself to bath/ groom him in any way. Kathy is exceptionally good at setting him at ease (and me too) to get the job done. Otis loves her...and so do I! I couldn't ask for a better experience...if my dog's happy.... I'm happy ☺️😁!

My dog and I love this groomer! She is wonderful! Even when he's been rolling in the fish pond she's great with him.
The owner groomed my dog when she was alive and she did an amazing job. Me and my grandmother loved going to her.
