I was very happy with how my dog was groomed for over 2 years. I had an appointment scheduled at the very beginning of May and it needed to be pushed back (due to groomer not me) which I was completely fine with. Except the day and time that was suggested did not work for me. My schedule was pretty much open any other time. I let them know all of this and got no response back. I gave it about a week since I was told it was due to an emergency. I finally scheduled my dog to see another groomer since she was in desperate need of being groomed. Reached out again about 3 weeks after when she was originally scheduled. No answer. Great groomer, but apparently just decided they didn’t want to groom my dog any more. Which I would have been fine with if that was conveyed to me. Just to add a littl
