Laura is outstanding! She truly loves dogs and cares for each one as if they were her own. My Sophie adores coming here, and I always know she’s safe, happy, and loved. She is a high energy dog and always comes home exhausted. The staff is kind, patient, and amazing with the dogs. It is clear they enjoy what they do. Laura is always supportive and understanding of Sophie’s need to be in daycare only during the warmer months since she has a short coat and gets too cold in the winter. That level of thoughtfulness and flexibility means so much. I would not hesitate for a second to board Sophie here. This is a trustworthy, safe, and loving place for any dog. Highly recommend! Sophie is A Pooch’s Paradise member for life and gives it 5 paws 🐾 🐾 🐾🐾🐾

Great place for my dog. We have been going here for about 8 years. Gutter is always well taken care of and is happy to be there. The staff is great with him. Plus it’s super clean. If you’re traveling, you should use this place. I highly recommend it.

We have been clients since 2006. Our first dog was a daycare dog (and boarded occasionally) from 4 months old until she was almost 16 (sadly, passed from kidney failure). Laura took great care of her, especially in her senior years when she needed a bit more attention. Our two new dogs have been coming since 2021 when they were puppies, and we wouldn't trust our dogs with anyone else. They come home happy and tired!

My experience at Pooch's Paradise was absolutely horrible from beginning to end. Laura, the owner, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. Despite sending detailed documentation days before his arrival about my dog’s specific needs and his food aggression, Laura and her employee completely failed to review or acknowledge any of it. She accused me of not informing them, even though I had sent their application back to them 2 days prior, provided printed copies at check-in, and spoken directly with her staff about his behavior. Throughout my 5 day vacation, I was constantly anxious because they did not seem to care for or pay attention to my dog at all, which was confirmed by Laura. When I finally picked him up, I noticed he smelled terrible and appeared neglected. I checked him

This business is poorly run, with little to no customer service. I boarded my dog with them based on their website, when I came to pick up my dog, an employee tried to charge me $10 more a day than quoted on their website. Their claim was that the rate had gone up and the owner wasn’t updating the website. I was told the owner was ‘on vacation’ and the two employees there had no authority to handle the situation - they kept saying they didn’t want to call her. I insisted, and when the employee came back from calling her (a call she wouldn’t make in front of me, she left the building), she relayed that the owner said, “fine, you can pay the website amount, but don’t ever bring your dog back here”. As if I would. It was 90° outside and my dog was in a kennel with no A/C or even misting
