A Perfect Puppy Naples

The Perfect Puppy staff has been amazing to work with. It is so nice to meet the puppies before purchasing, it really helps in selecting the perfect fit. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful offering lots of information while we were trying to make a decision. They were also very cooperative with us and certain timing issues we had to work around with bringing our new puppy home. Additionally, because of the environment, we found our puppy to be incredibly socialized with people and other dogs. I would absolutely recommend this location if even considering getting a new puppy.

Perfect Pup got us our amazing companion. What we love about the store is that you can freely interact before purchasing. Zero sales pressure at all. Zach is an amazing manager to the store and very knowledgeable about dogs. 🐶

Who owns this place? Where are they getting the puppies? Why are they set up in a business in this way? didn't puppy stores go away a long time ago? People can get high quality purebred puppies directly from breeders why would you buy from a store where the puppies are kept in little metal cages?

Don't bring your dog here, even if it's a service dog. They don't let them into the whole store. Just a few feet in. The point of bringing my dog was to get a harness that fits her. They lost a new customer.

Visited recently and was struck by the poor environment. The smell was intense enough that the staff had to leave the front door open, and the puppies themselves appeared unwashed and sad. While the employee blamed a single puppy for the scent, the overall cleanliness of the crates and the animals says otherwise. Very disappointing.
