A Lucky Dog

I have always been anxious about dropping my sweet girl off to get groomed which is why I have always paid for a mobile grooming service but decided to try A Lucky Dog and I am very pleased with the results! I was able to pick my girl up less than two hours after I dropped her off and when I came in to pick her up, she didn’t seem overly stressed or unhappy while laying in her little pen despite never being left away from home by herself before. She is so soft, fluffy and clean! I’m so happy I found somewhere that I’m comfortable taking her to for grooming.

I was beginning to think that finding a competent dog groomer in this area was a thing in the past. I have shopped around many dog salons and each time a groomer would turn down the opportunity to groom my 12 year old Pomeranian because she gets too nervous and is sensitive due to a lump on her chest, but the job must get done! Out of my own frustration I called, A Lucky Dog. I explained my situation which is more like a saga, and the woman on the phone was up for the challenge. I dropped Bella off thinking that they won’t get any work done and that I’ll be picking her up the way I dropped her off - but I was wrong. I brought my dog in looking like a shaggy mess, and when I picked her up, she was not only perfectly groomed but smiling. You could tell she felt good and had been treated with care. The groomer was super professional and gentle, and the whole experience felt really easy and stress-free. I’m honestly so happy with how everything turned out. I highly recommend to anyone looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing and cares about the dogs.

We truly enjoy taking our wacky Aussiedoodle to A Lucky Dog. He looks FABULOUS and always comes home happy. They are very experienced and make the experience feel personal. I have a Great Pyrenees and have never been happy with anyone who has groomed her in the past. She would always have a ton of fur on her when they were done. At a lucky dog when she was done, she was perfect. Great service and price. (Highly recommend)
