A Cut Above Grooming

Took me in right away to clip my dogs nails. Best no drama cut ever. $10each. I was charged $30ea in Ann Arbor Mi. Nice to return to the world of perfect pricing.

Took in to many dogs at one time, leave dogs in kennel for hours 4. No fresh water, dog smelled worse then when I bought her in and I gave them special shampoo. Pick my dog up hap hazardly to bring on back rather then trying to walk her back. Cause they were in such a rush with to many dogs in one day.

I have been taking my old english sheepdogs to get groomed here for many years. I don't understand any reviews saying they are not friendly. I think you get what you give. Shandie and Dylan have always been very nice to my husband and I. Also, the grooming is always excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you!

I am actually pleased with the grooming my dog got. The problem is the service fee I was charged for using my debit card. I was charged $2.28, 1st off its against the law to charge anyone using a debit card a service fee regardless if its ran as a debit or credit. I told the gal this at the counter and if there was a sign stating this I never saw it nor did they tell me prior. But again its against the law! I told them that and all I got was, well its automatic, we can't take it off our system does it we have no control over it. REALLY. I don't think so.
