A Comfy Pet Grooming Salon

We love coming to Comfy Pet. We adopted Jack as a rescue and we took him to the vet for his first visit health checks and asked that they trim his nails. We were told our sweet dog was a biter when his nails were trimmed! We tried Comfy Pet as an alternative and warned the groomers that Jack did not like his nails trimmed and may bite. Well, 4 visits later Jack eagerly walks through the doors for his nail trim!! He still flinches a bit but Mary is amazing!

I took my shih-tzu poodle mix to the location in Milton, and they were FABULOUS. It's a cute little spot and but you can tell they care a big deal about your furry friend. Scheduling was easily done on their website, and they were great with communication. My dog was a little scared when we got there, but when I picked him up, he was the happiest boy and they were so good with him. I really appreciated the attention they gave him. The girl that took care of him (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name!) was SO nice and friendly, and it's obvious that she enjoys her job. That is so important to me, because then I felt confident handing over my dog to her. I'm beyond happy with what they did! It was like a complete makeover. I took my 4 1/2 month old mini Bernadoodle to Comfy Pet Grooming Salon in Milton for his first bath and trim. Cat (Catrease) made sure she took her time with him so as not to scare him. He turned out beautiful! I am so pleased and will definitely be a return customer 💕

Took our 4-month-old, 6lb Cavapoo puppy to Comfy Pet Grooming in Millsboro today for her first haircut — a simple puppy cut. Emily, our groomer, was friendly, and we specifically discussed wanting only minimal trimming to help our puppy get used to the grooming process. Emily agreed, explaining that puppy cuts are typically light and focus on the face, feet, and sanitary areas. At pickup about 1.5 hours later, I heard a dog yelping before I even opened the door. When I walked in, I was horrified to see our puppy cornered against a wall on a grooming table, yelping repeatedly in distress. An older woman was holding large metal scissors near her face. They did ok. First groomer that told me that my dog was hard to groom. Because she just wants to lay down. I was also told that this is why her hair was uneven under her body, because she was difficult. They did not do well with her hair around her lips either. I did not feel comfortable taking my dog back. I witnessed a lot of stress coming from the workers. Too much going on.
