A & B Mobile Dog Grooming

One start is too much for this company. Totally Do NOT recommend this company if you love your pet. The owner does bad groomings and he always have an excuse. One of their reasons was that our dog had moved. Another reason was that he was sick and wasn't feeling well. The last incident we had was that their employee cut my dogs tongue. The owner's son told our daughter that they had already put some medicine on her tongue to stop the bleeding. When we called the owner to notify him of the incident he responded " You need to understand that accidents happen" and then he said "but let me find out what happened and I'll call you back". He called her son and they told him that our dog had moved when they were trimming her hair and that is how they cut her tongue. The owner called my hus

This was the first time I have used any mobile doggy grooming service and it was an excellent choice! Beginning with the appointment which by the way, of the 3 other local mobile pet groomers, A&B was the only one that actually answered the phone.. and got an appointment right away within days!! :) The other mobile groomers I tried, were just a big headache and impossible to get any information, much less an appointment soon, until one or more months or none at all.. plus they only answer to text messages after days.. A & B was very pleasant, professional and did an excellent and wonderful job to my very matted maltipoo mix. I am very happy with this groomer, my dog was happy and calm after he finished and will definitely be my regular groomer for my baby from now on. Oh! And by the way, T

Scheduled and appointment and that day came and went with a no call, no show, no answer. I strongly believe in customer service and if something arises and if the appointment can’t be kept it’s always best to call the client to apologize and reschedule. It’s very frustration to set time apart and wait for you when we could have done something else. In the beginning of acquiring your services this company always answered, was accommodating to schedules and very courteous. I honestly don’t know what happened but I won’t be using your services. A courtesy call can go a long way (communication) it shows me that you care about my pet, myself and not only my business but yours.

This gentleman came to bathe and trim my dog and he was quite aggressive with him.. I peeked in to see how it was going and he handled him firmly and yelled “ hey” to him while my dog was trying to turn around... this gentleman did not know I was watching .. we as pet owners must be so careful with whom we let handle our babies. I was not happy with his demeanor towards my dog.

Way over priced for the quality of work they do. Save money by calling someone else and your pet will probably get a better cut too.
