Star took a lot of time in grooming my baby, instead of automatically wanting to shave him ! And I really appreciate that and was willing to tell me how keep him from becoming matted again! THANKS !

The absolute best place in NC to board your pet or to have it bathed or haircut. These ladies are the best when it comes to your fur babies. They treat them like their own. The Groomer that is there everyday, Starr, is the best I have ever seen. She absolutely loves he dogs, and they all love her also. I've never seen someone that takes that much care and concern over her people's animals. I absolutely 100% recommend. If you are a customer of A-1 you already know how lucky you are.

From out of town and desperately need grooming and bath. Called ahead and was able to get an appointment straight away. They did a great job and listened to my concerns as well as avoiding the previous mistakes from groomers. Will be back through here in April and will call again. More than satisfied. Thank you.
