401 Reptiles

I shopped around for a while before settling on 401 Reptiles for my regular feeder insect needs. 12$ for 200 crickets is one of the better deals in the area. Run by a bunch of great guys and a rotating selection of the coolest reptiles and critters around.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best experience at 401 Reptiles! Ray is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He’s always responsive and takes the time to explain the best ways to care for your reptile. Our new bearded dragon is absolutely beautiful and so friendly! Ray even checked in after we brought him home to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend 401 Reptiles and can’t wait to go back!

The owner ray is very kind and knowledgeable! He really cares about all of his animals and it’s noticeable! I just picked up a beautiful 4 year old female boa from him and she was all ready to go for me right when I got there. Great experience! I will be back and I recommend anyone questioning whether to come here to just come by and check it out!

Very healthy animals in appropriate sized enclosures for the time they are there until sold. No crowding. Good supply choices, good plant prices. VERY nice variety of animals to choose from especially morphs in certain animals. I’ve gotten my red eyed tree frog here and olive tree skink. After upgrading both tanks to bigger I plan to add another 1 of each. In the future I plan to buy a gecko (not sure what kind yet), a tarantula, and jumping spider from here as well as maybe some fish. That speaks volumes especially since it’s an hour and 10 from me. I plan to be a long time customer. The owner and his partner are very knowledgeable in every aspect whether it’s the plants, animals or supplies. Looking forward to many more animals from here👍

This place and the people are my #1. 401 Reptiles is always my family's favorite and first choice to shop for feeders and for reptiles. Atmosphere 10/10 The people here don't just try to sell you something. They know their stuff and have lots of knowledge and background in knowing and understanding each animal. They will never sell you something that you will regret. The people here are kind and friendly and are able to help you take better care of ur pets without breaking the bank. Compared to big corporations, these guys are a million times better. I hope they never close up shop They are the best in Rhode Island, and I love all the staff and the animals. ( I'm not getting paid or bribed to say my opinion) they also have merch stop in and check them out.
