Our vacation plans were always more peaceful knowing Bob and his team were taking care of our animals. Our pets loved to see Bob and you can easily tell how much love and care went into their interactions and always based on our pets unique personalities. Highly recommend their services

We love Bob! He's been sitting for our cats for several years and he's the first person we call when planning a trip. He is reliable, and takes our cats' needs seriously, which is very important considering one of them is a senior and needs daily medication. He has even taken one of my cats to the vet when he hurt his leg. Bob and his crew are great!

I called the phone number on the website and the phone was not professionally answered. I asked if this was 4 Paws 'n Tails and I was told no this is Bob. After a couple of more back and fourths Bob finally realized "Oh that's my business" then proceeded to tell me he's retired. So, you don't offer the services anymore and the response was I'm retired. I suggested he take the website down and he said why the services are still offered. I finally hung up because "Who's on first?" I didn't even get to ask about the business. I wouldn't let anyone like that near my fur-babies.

I was perilously walking on the side of a highway with three dogs off leash trying to get to my car after having taken a trail I didn’t know… thinkig the trail was going to loop, and it didn’t. We were petrified, but tried not to show it. Bob passed me and seeing our danger stopped. He insisted we get in back of his car so he could take us to safety wear the car was parked a mile away. That mile ride was so welcome. I can think of no better recommendation for a pet sitter than someone who would stop for a stranger in need. Thank you Bob for helping three dogs to safety.

Do not use this service. Their website offers a lot of great things but they can not follow through. I spoke with someone named Bob via email. He was pretty rude and “passed” on providing services to me because I wanted a dog walker for two dogs in the same home. There are photos on their website with three dogs in one home so this was very confusing. Truthfully seems like he just wanted to charge the same amount for each dog when on the website it states charges are not per pet but per time. Just a heads up, don’t waste your time.
