4 Paws Animal Hospital

4 Paws Animal Hospital deserves more than 5 stars. Dr. Debusk, Kim and the whole team are nothing short of being God sent. My Cojack Copper (a senior dog) became very ill very quickly. Not only did they get us in right away, they met me on the weekend at a moments notice when the treatment was not working and hard decisions had to be made. Once the decision was made that Copper was in pain and suffering and that he needed to cross over they showed me such compassion and empathy. They met us again that afternoon so that my grown children had time to say goodbye to one of their childhood dogs. Copper was the best boy and my heart aches to let him go but this team of people made the transition easier. Dr. Debusk and her team are the BEST vet I've ever been too! They are so kind and compassionate! My poor Dalmatian Luka got into something kind of mycotoxin, possibly from a bad bag of dog food but not sure. He was lethargic, couldn't walk straight, hind legs weren't working barely, I thought he was going to die! She tested his liver enzym es and they were above 700! After some activated, charcoal, some fluids and liver supplements Luka perked up in a couple days! We just went back, liver perfect, got him and my other dog shots and heartworm medicine. They are just absolutely wonderful and reasonably priced! 10/10!

If I could give Kim and Hannah more than 5 stars I would! My doodle got attacked over the weekend and she was in rough shape. Of course these things always seem to happen on the weekends. I was able to communicate with them until I could get my girl to Hannah. They walked me through everything I needed to do to keep her from getting an infection until we could get there. Considering we are a little over a week out from Christmas finances are tight. Especially when I already knew surgery was going to have to happen. All I could think about was how am I going to afford her care and treatment she needs. She’s having to get her tail amputated, antibiotics, pain medication you know how quickly these things can add up. Not one time did they ever pressure me to come up with the whole sum before t

For starters, my rescue partner used this vets office. Vet was nice but the front staff she felt was not friendly. Later we needed meds. I called in and while on the phone, the call was disconnected. We called back and they never answer but that's not really why I decided to leave a feedback. Turns out.. you CAN NOT CHARGE a customer a fee when using a debit card. It's considered CASH. We found this out by calling in to General's Consumer Protection Division. I also want to note if you have to post in your office to pls make sure to leave a feedback for service provided you might want to give good customer service.

I moved to the area in 2022. This is a smaller community so finding care for my two pups was not easy because they were busy or full or far away. One of my pups has Addison's Disease and needs regular check ups to keep his meds up. The other has allergies so pop-up dog clinics don't work for them. Needless to say, I prefer reasonable rates AND expertise. I tried two other Vet hospitals before coming to 4Paws. Both had decent service, but were not very personable AND they were pricey. The most recent facility I was taking them to was pricey, but they encouraged per insurance to limit costs. Unfortunately, it never seemed to cover what I needed, due to their health needs. (I can't name due to an NDA) The final straw with them came when one of their tech's caused an injury to one of my pup
