I’m so grateful we came to this clinic today. The staff was kind and caring. My cat usually doesn’t like vets and can be pretty aggressive, but here two wonderful nurses (I wish I had caught their names) and the amazing Dr. Igor Brodetsky managed to find the right approach. My cat actually let them examine him — which feels like a miracle. The doctor spent so much time with us, and that was truly unusual for me, because in 10 years I’ve never seen a clinic where they treat both the pet and the owner with such kindness and attention. Compared to the four other clinics we’ve been to, this place is on a completely different level. Real professionals and absolutely wonderful people! Thank you.

They took in my new adopted cat last minute after noticing he kept vomiting every day. Checking in was very easy with simple paperwork. The didn’t take long to see my cat and the vet took her time figuring out the issue by asking many questions. After the examination, she gave me affordable options before doing expensive treatments. After choosing the affordable option, it didn’t take very long to receive the prescribed food. Now it’s been a couple of months since the visit. My cat is now in a much healthier weight and no longer vomits every day. I am very pleased with my experience. Other things to be aware of: it is a very busy clinic. The front desk lady is handling calls, check ins, and payments at the same time.

I've been bringing my four cats to Dr. Kudman for several years and he is an amazing vet. My cat, Stella, had to be euthanized last week because she was 20 years old and had multiple health issues. Dr. Kudman and staff were incredible. I was allowed to stay through the whole process and after it was done gave me plenty of time to say goodbye. I was never rushed or pressured. They were compassionate and empathetic. I've always received great service from Dr. Kudman and staff and this was no different. Highly recommended for pet parents.

Excellent Veterinary place I went there like 9 years ago they were excellent then and still excellent now the only downside I would say is that they don't have my records for my cat from back then they say everything is computerized now and they don't even know where they would find my cat's file come back then but once you're there the veterinarian I forgot his name was it Dr William Kudman anyway he treats your dog or cat or animal with such respect and he doesn't try to drain your pocket because your animal your baby and say hug your baby while he's doing his procedure let them know that everything will be all right wow that's sticking the thermometer up your animals butt or drawing blood like they were my cat I also like the email of my cat's results everything was normal except her l

Absolutely Horrible Experience Shockingly Careless I scheduled an appointment for my cat who urgently needed care—he had been vomiting, was severely dehydrated, and had a high respiratory rate. Unfortunately, traffic caused me to run a few minutes late, so I called the clinic to let them know. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly careless and dismissive. Before even listening, she kept repeating, “It doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter, no—we can’t take you,” with zero consideration or understanding of the situation. I explained that my cat needed urgent attention, but she refused to even check with the doctor, claiming the doctor “needs to leave” and can’t see him. This level of indifference toward a sick, suffering animal is unacceptable. This was my first and definitely my l
