My usual boarder does not have climate controlled facilities and I needed to board my dog on short notice in the middle of an extreme heat wave. I was worried about him being exposed to such heat for several days continuously. I happened to stumble across 100 Love and I could not have been happier. Britton is wonderful to work with and truly loves animals. My dog, Jack, was so well taken care of I'm pretty sure he didn't want to come back home! Jack made a new friend (Ellie), got frequent walks, played in the creek to cool off, was given toys to play with, and even got to play fetch (which is his favorite thing on earth)! TLDR: I literally can’t recommend this pet sitter enough. Professional, kind, and generally excellent. We have 3 pets (2 dogs and a cat) and had plans to go out of town for close to a week. Our pets are, to be frank, a bit needy/spoiled/friendly and really like having frequent contact and access to people. For this reason we were looking high and low for a pet sitter where we could board them without having to go to a facility where they would spend so much time in a cage and/or alone. We were recommended to Britton and 100 Love Pet Care by our veterinarian (Salem Animal Hospital) and I’m so grateful that we were lead here. 5 stars isn’t enough for these amazing people! I recently left my sweet girl with them and didn’t have to worry about her once. I got messages/pictures the entire time they had her which was a huge comfort to know she was loved and taken care of while away from me. They even had the sweetest little gift for my girls when we went back to pick her up. I can’t imagine leaving her with anyone else from now on. 10/10 would recommend reaching out to them for your next boarding/kennel needs! The photo shoot with her was an added bonus as well :)

100 Love is by far the best pet care service I've ever experienced. Britton comes over to visit our cats while we're away and goes way above and beyond the normal amount of care to make sure they are fed, comfortable, and happy. He's very attentive to their needs and moods and spends plenty of time with them, earning their trust. He also notices and takes care of things around the house and yard that might need attention -- like watering the garden and bringing in packages. Plus we always get great photos and regular updates. Now we are able to leave town stress- and guilt-free knowing that our cats are in the best possible hands. It's been a life-changer.

After a wonderful stay with 100 Love Pet Care I just wanted to say again that I cannot recommend them enough as a long time pet haver and a (maybe a bit overbearing) pet mom. Going to boarding used to something that both our dogs and cat, but especially my mother’s very anxious aging girl, were incredibly not happy about and there was pulling at leashes and whimpering when we had to leave the leashes with someone else and walk away. Ever since we switched to coming here though, my little guy is excited to get out of the car when he sees Britton (the owner) through the window walking out to greet us and my mother’s dog doesn’t shake or get upset like she used to.
